LAHORE – Punjab Governor Ch Sarwar Thursday said that the promise of providing clean drinking water was being fulfilled through prudent policies of the government and honest collaboration of philanthropists. Addressing a ceremony in connection with inauguration of filtration plants in Gujar Khan on Thursday, he said that seven filtration plants had been installed in the city.to provide clean drinking water to people.
He further said that 10.5 million people would have the facility of clean drinking water in the following few months. The governor stressed the need for working for welfare of the poor people
